OK, sorry to do one more blog post about my book… but it's a very exciting day in that the paperback version of Measures of Success: React Less, Lead Better, Improve More is now available for purchase through Amazon.com!
You can also order signed copies and I'll be able to get those shipped out on Saturday, March 23 due to being on the road tomorrow through next Friday for a little vacation and two workshops in the San Francisco area. If you order, you won't be charged until the book(s) ship to you. You can also send a request for a quote on a bulk purchase of books.
Based on input from people (via this blog post and social media), I decided to launch with Amazon doing the printing and at a price of $34.95. I decided to sacrifice some margin in the name of “time to market.” Once the IngramSpark setup process is completely done, I should be able to convert over to having them print the books for fulfillment through Amazon (as well as other retailers that might order, stock, and sell the book).
Here's how the book looks in the Amazon Japan store:
It's also available right now in Canada, Spain, the UK, Germany, and France. The Kindle version has been purchased by readers in many countries, so that's been exciting to see too. The countries are listed in the order of which countries have bought the most copies:
Thanks for letting me share my excitement about this day with you… and thanks to everybody I mentioned in the acknowledgments (for giving early feedback), my book coach Cathy Fyock, and the company I hired to do the interior design and layout of the paperback, 1106 Design.

Amazon.com (and .ca) have been discounting the book, which is great to see. My apologies if you bought the book first and paid full price. You might be able to contact Amazon to try to get a partial refund.
The book is also the #1 new release for Business Management books!
