Upcoming Web Radio Show and Webinar

I wanted to let you know about an upcoming web radio show (tomorrow) and webinar (next week) that I'll be participating in.

Tuesday 3/13 at 1 pm EDT, I'll a guest on the show Results-Only Radio: ROWE, Lean, and Six Sigma. This is hosted by Cali Ressler, co-founder of CultureRx, one of the creators of the “ROWE” methodology (“Results Only Work Environment”). This came as a follow up to some discussion about ROWE and Lean on the My Flexible Pencil blog. I think it will be an interesting discussion.

Gemba Academy Webinar

I'll be conducting a free webinar through my friends at Gemba Academy on 3/21 at 2 pm EDT on “Using SPC to Make Better Management Decisions.” This is material based on the lessons from one of my favorite books, Understanding Variation: The Key to Managing Chaos by Dr. Donald Wheeler and my experience with using these concepts in different industries.
