Updated Standard Work

For what it's worth, I've updated my “Standard Work” document for the blog. My last update was back in May. This is probably the fourth or fifth revision since I started that document.

It's a small reminder — standard work documents are never supposed to be static. They are living documents and should be updated as your team implements “kaizen” ideas. Standard work is the “current one best way…” of doing something. If you have a better idea or if you're doing things in a better way, update the standard work.
